Garden activities
The Reinhardt park and gardens offer many opportunities, particularly to youth, to come closer to nature and develop a sense of responsibility to the environment. On request, garden enthusiasts from all over the world can pay a visit. (More)
Every year, from 2006 to 2010, the open house “Fiori A Piazzano” was held in cooperation with plant nurseries from all over Italy, which specialize in rare plants.
Since 2005, various day trips for school classes from Umbria and Tuscany have been held. In spring 2010 an on-site gardening project was launched together with the elementary school in Tuoro sul Trasimeno. The park in the town center was revived under the supervision of the Reinhardt team.
Due to new plans for further school gardening projects and for reasons of restructuring, the gardens remain closed to the public until further notice.
